Rating: - Wonderful!Bought these as a gift and the recipient loves them! They make quick work of chopping up your veggies. Rating: - A warningThis isn't so much a review of the knife as it is of the user. If you are not used to using high quality knives like this, you may want to think twice. As the other reviewer has stated 'it's not a knife, it's a big razor blade', I found this to be true the hard way. Read More Rating: - My wife loves these KnifesMy wife loves these knives, they very light for her to use and she is happy with them. Rating: - Extremely sharp and comfortableMy wife wanted these knives for a while. I surprised her with them recently. We both think they are terriific. The blades are as sharp as scalpels and the OZI sharpener we added to the order is a remarkable device. It put a razor sharp edge on all of our older knives much better than the electric sharpener we have been using for a few years. All in all - well work the investment. Be sure to hand wash and dry to avoid any blade wear and potential for rust. Highly recommended! Rating: - verry nice, but..This knifes are great, but as i work with them in the kithen i noticed that are to short..i will probably get the 10 inchi one.. when chopping a lot of stuf at once bigger is better. Never the less nice blade. |
