Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - So much nicer than the plastic stuff.
These are fantastic bowls and lids. Just the right size. Microwave in them and they don't melt. They don't leak. Clean and neat. I would recommend these to anyone!! And thanks to Amazon I got a fantastic price on them. Highly recommended.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Good storage containers
Pyrex is nice...you can put them in the dishwasher, microwave, freezer, etc. I bought two sets of these because 14 pieces counts the lids, so you end up with only 7 dishes. I gave four stars because they chip easily...before I used a single dish, one chipped on me as I was putting it away. I am waiting to see if I have any other chipping problems. Overall, these things are great. I highly recommend using these over plastic food containers!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - great storageware
I bought this set after getting rid of my old plastic stuff. There are concerns about chemicals in plastics so I thought, why chance it? So I bought these containers and I have to say I like them even better than the plastic. They heat well in the microwave and are just the right size for storage and meal portioning. The lids are included and are water tight from what I've seen. I think it is definitely worth the money to buy something that will last and might even be more safe for you.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Great
The pyrex set is great - it's nice to be able to take the lid off and stick the container in the microwave. The only downside is that the lids can be a little hard to get on the containers.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Change from plastic to glass
We replaced all of the plastic storage containers with these glass containers. They aren't expensive, they work well and they are arguable much safer for us and the environment. What's not to like? They could use some larger matching bowls.

Delta has mid-air reversal on filtering Web content: Delta said it wouldn't filter its in-flight Internet system (not yet launched), but now says it will have a short list of inappropriate sites that no one would disagree were inappropriate. That might work. While filtering is impossible to enforce on a broad scale, choosing a small list of sites the airline feels are off limits, that might balance some basic interests.

Wi-Fi attraction for students: Nearly half of students surveyed would prefer Wi-Fi over beer at school. Three-quarters think Wi-Fi makes helps them get better grades. Take that, Lakehead University!

MetroFi antennas won't fall like autumn leaves: Portland, Ore., must wait until April 2009 to declare MetroFi's Wi-Fi nodes abandoned and take them down. While MetroFi gave the city a deposit, it will cost the Oregon metropolis $36,000 of its own cash to remove them, although the city's wireless go-to guy says they'll try to recover cash from MetroFi. To my knowledge, MetroFi has not filed for bankruptcy, even though the company no longer has working phone lines and hasn't returned comments.

Depending on whom you ask, either ice-fiends are suckers who pay for frozen water or ice-avoiders are cheapskates with a perverse attachment to warm fountain syrup. To settle this once and for all, we went to a local cineplex and bought three Cokes with varying amounts of cubes at 4 smackaroos each. Then we broke out our thermometers and measuring cups.
