Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Holds an entire pot of coffee
I bought this Thermos Steel Bottle through Amazon.com, and the seller was Target.com. I've owned this product for over a month and am very pleased with it. I had been searching for a thermal bottle that would hold an entire pot of coffee, and I struggled to find the right product in local stores. This Thermos fits my needs perfectly. This Thermos holds a full 2 quarts, or 64 ounces. Now, I had to do my homework to figure out how many ounces are in a full pot of coffee. Most home coffee makers have a carafe that holds 10, 12, or 14 cups. The official U.S. measure of a cup is 8 fluid ounces. However, in the coffee maker business, cups are measured as only 5 ounces. So, your typical 10, 12, and 14 cup carafes hold 50, 60, and 70 ounces of coffee, respectively. So, this 64-ounce Thermos will hold an entire 12-cup pot of coffee, with a little room to spare. Also, this Thermos keeps my coffee hot all day while I'm in the office. Although, I do pre-heat the bottle with hot water before putting the coffee in. The brushed stainless steel exterior gives the bottle a nice look too.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Fantastically made
Wow! A super quality product that is sturdily made (stainless steel) and does what the company says it will do - keep drinks (in my case - home filtered water) cold all day and all night. Easy to clean. I can't imagine it ever breaking with normal use. Buy this and it will last a lifetime. Go, Thermos!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - very good thermos
I purchased mine, in 1994. It has been a very reliable hot coffee container. I pretreat it, in the morning, with boiling water, for 5-10 minutes. I work in an area with very little heat, during the winter, and from starting work, at 6 a.m. until quitting time, 2:30, the coffee reamins hot. Not boiling hot, but just hot enough, for the drive home. After 13 years of loyal use, the grab/carry handle finally broke, where it attaches to the top of the thermos. I guess the one drawback, is that there is no way to replace that part of it. So, I either have to purchase a new one, or use the nylon strap that came with it. Another problem that I encountered, is the screw top. It has two arrows, that are barely visible. I have taken a black and red magic maker, and outlined the arrows, thus allowing me to see where the arrows are, and therby see that I only have to turn the top once for the coffee to pour out.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Yay!! Lot's of coffee!!
This thing is massive! It holds all the coffee my 14 cup coffee maker will make, with just enough left over to fill my travel mug for the drive to work.

It also keeps the coffee nice and warm all the way through an 8 hour shift.

I just wish it came with the detachable strap

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great Thermos
I use this thermos to carry my green tea to work. It keeps it hot most of the day. I'm very happy with the thermos, and the transaction with Amazon went smoothly.
